As a Central Oregon native Andy offers local knowledge in addition to 15 years of experience managing natural resource projects. His work at the local and federal level, in both the private and public sectors allow the district to implement millions of dollars in restoration for the benefit of Crook County natural resources.
Rachael develops and implements restoration projects that improve water quality and wildlife habitat in sage-steppe and forest ecosystems. She has a BA in Biology from University of Oregon and then saw the light and headed to Oregon State University for her MS. She brings an enthusiasm for working with people and background in natural resource management.
Libby is a lifelong Crook County resident has been working with the SWCD for nearly a decade as a staff member and now as a contractor. She is passionate about improving water resources in the dessert and has dedicated her career to helping landowners reach their production and sustainability goals.
