Andy Gallagher

District Manager

As a Central Oregon native, Andy offers local knowledge in addition to 20 years of experience managing natural resource projects. His work at the local and federal level, in both the private and public sectors allows the District to implement millions of dollars in restoration for the benefit of Crook County's natural resources.

Abigail Papke

Project Manager

Abigail grew up Prineville and is passionate about conservation efforts in and around Central Oregon. She has a BS in Environmental Science and Conservation Studies from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA. She has three years of experience working in the natural resources field around the state and is eager to bring her knowledge back to Crook County.
