Melissa Albertson grew up outside of Salem, Oregon, and moved from Aumsville to Prineville more than four years ago. She brings experience in facilities management, project management, and administrative operations.

Melissa joined Crook SWCD in May 2024 and was promoted to Assistant District Manager after two years with the District. She also serves as the Small Grant Team 18 contact, supporting conservation projects and partnerships throughout Crook County and the surrounding area.
